Discover Scuba Diving

This introductory diving experience is designed for individuals who want to explore the Mediterranean waters of Javea without committing to a full certification. The program is ideal for families and friends visiting the Costa Blanca, requiring only basic swimming skills and a minimum age of 12 years. The session begins with a theoretical module using the PADI eLearning platform, which takes about 30 minutes to complete at home. Upon arrival at the beachside center, the instructor conducts a detailed safety briefing covering equipment function, underwater signals, and basic breathing techniques.

The practical phase of the bautismo starts with a shallow in-water practice session down to three meters, where students learn to breathe and perform basic safety skills. Once comfortable, participants join a guided boat dive departing from the Arenal beach to explore a shallow reef up to a maximum depth of six meters. The dive lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, providing a controlled environment to view local marine life like octopuses and sea stars. The package includes full Aqualung equipment, accident insurance, a participation diploma, and a discount voucher for the subsequent Open Water course.
