Plongée Junior

The Junior Diving program at Immersion Caraïbes is an ideal introduction for young explorers aged 5 and 6 and up, focusing on making their first underwater experiences safe, fun, and memorable. Instructors tailor activities to each child's age and capabilities, whether it's experiencing breathing through a regulator in shallow water or using a small tank at a few meters depth. The primary goal is for children to discover the sensation of breathing underwater and observing marine life.

Following an initial baptism dive, children can advance to the Junior Diving training. This program builds on their water comfort through engaging, game-like exercises designed to foster a love for the marine environment and teach respect for its delicate ecosystems. Each step is carefully crafted to be age-appropriate and confidence-building, preparing them for future certifications.

As they progress, young divers receive a logbook to document their skills, progress, and marine life encounters. This record tracks their diving journey and sets the stage for further certifications. The program is structured to ensure that by age 12, they are well-prepared to transition to the Level 1 certification, having built both competence and enthusiasm for the underwater world.

Immersion Caraïbes prioritizes safety and enjoyment, transforming the sea into an immense playground for children. The PADI and SSI certified instructors are dedicated to creating a positive and exciting introduction to diving.
