The Dry Suit Diver specialty runs on Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, starting at the school at Twickel 57 in Lelystad. For diving in the Netherlands year-round — cold inland lakes, estuaries, and the North Sea — a dry suit is not optional; it is the practical choice for any diver who wants to stay comfortable outside summer months.
The SSI program covers the skills and methods needed to dive safely in a dry suit: buoyancy management, emergency procedures specific to suit inflation, and the different physical responses to diving dry versus wet.
At €179.95 it is one of the more practical specialties on the Scuba Nova catalog given the local water temperatures.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
