The Try Scuba session at Scuba Nova runs on Wednesday evenings at Zwembad de Koploper, starting at 20:30 and finishing at 22:30. It is the shortest entry point the school offers — a single pool session in sheltered water with an instructor present throughout.
The focus is on that first breath underwater and getting comfortable with the regulator and buoyancy. No open water dives are included and no prior experience is required. At the end of the session participants receive the SSI Try Scuba recognition card.
At €25 it is a low-commitment way to test whether diving is for you before signing up for the full Open Water course. The Wednesday evening slot fits easily around a working week.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
