Descrição do Curso
The club offers both the standard Nitrox brevet and the Nitrox Confirmé level through the FFESSM system. Multiple encadrants hold the Moniteur Nitrox Confirmé qualification — Alain VIOLA, Gérard LORBER, and Cyrille TAILLIEZ are all listed with that credential — which means the course isn't dependent on a single instructor.
Nitrox training at a club like this is integrated into the broader training calendar rather than run as a standalone commercial product. Theory sessions appear in the club's agenda alongside the other level courses, and pool or pit sessions can be combined with existing open-water outings. The Gravière du Fort and the fosse d'Ecrouves are the obvious practical sites given the regular programme.
The FFESSM Nitrox brevet qualifies for use of enriched air mixes up to the standard recreational limits. The Confirmé level covers higher oxygen fractions and the associated planning requirements. Both are recognised internationally within the CMAS framework.
Candidates should already hold at least a Niveau 1 to progress to Nitrox training. The club's download section includes course-specific documents for the Nitrox curriculum.
