SSI Diver Stress & Rescue

The SSI Diver Stress & Rescue course at DiveHeaven trains you to recognize stress in yourself and other divers, prevent incidents from escalating, and carry out rescue procedures when they do. The course uses a combination of pool training and open water dives — six in total — to build practical skills rather than just theoretical knowledge.
