La Herradura, the primary location for your open water dives, is celebrated for its calm conditions and abundant marine life, making it an ideal learning environment. While specific monthly climate data is not provided, the region generally offers pleasant water temperatures suitable for diving throughout much of the year. You will learn to manage scuba gear, communicate effectively underwater using standard signals, achieve neutral buoyancy, and practice safe, independent diving habits while respecting marine ecosystems. The course also covers how to handle common diving challenges.

To begin your PADI Open Water Diver journey, you need to be able to swim, feel comfortable in the water, be medically fit for diving, and possess a commitment to learning. The minimum age requirement is 14 years. The comprehensive course package includes a digital training kit, insurance, full equipment rental, all necessary dives, air fills, a photo report, and your official PADI certification card.
