Online theory material is included, and the course concludes with a confirmation stamp for your logbook, validating your refreshed skills. Rental equipment is available if needed. For pool sessions, the price is €75. For open water sessions, the price is €95, with an additional dive center fee of approximately €10 per dive day applicable for open water. The Quick OWD or Weekend course at Tauchzentrale offers a streamlined path to Open Water Diver certification, ideal for those with limited time. This intensive program condenses the essential theory and practical skills into a single weekend. Participants will complete the necessary pool training and open water dives at their dive base on Glienicker See. The course culminates in globally recognized Open Water Diver certification, provided by PADI and SSI. This course is particularly well-suited for individuals who are already comfortable in the water or have prior experience, such as a "Schnuppertauchen" (Try Dive). The self-study component, accessible via an app or computer, allows for efficient learning of theoretical concepts. Pool sessions are conducted in shallow water, ensuring a controlled environment for mastering fundamental skills before progressing to the deeper sections of Glienicker See for the certification dives. Instructors provide dedicated guidance throughout the program. Upon successful completion, you will be certified as an Open Water Diver, opening up opportunities for global exploration.
