What people ask before booking
We only accept cash payments at the shop. A credit card number is required for security purposes when booking, but it will only be charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. For dive packages, there's a 10% discount if you have all your own gear.
For a 2-tank dive, you need Open Water certification (60ft/18m). For a 1-tank dive, Scuba Diver certification (40ft/12m) supervised is required. Discover Scuba and Open Water courses require no prior certification. Advanced courses require Open Water (60ft/18m), and Rescue courses require Advanced (100ft/30m) plus valid first aid/CPR training within the last two years.
All basic gear is included in dive packages and PADI courses (unless e-learning is purchased separately). This includes wetsuits, masks, fins, BCDs, and regulators. For specific dives, complimentary water and granola bars are provided. Night dives include lights.
Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge. For last-minute bookings, it's best to reach out via phone or WhatsApp.
You must be in good physical health and able to swim at least one lap in a pool. If you have any medical conditions, a doctor's note is required. Certain conditions like asthma, ear infections, or pregnancy may prohibit diving. It's recommended to check with your doctor beforehand.
A minimum of 24 hours is required before flying after your last dive. Please plan your diving schedule accordingly.
