Apnée – Découverte

The apnée initiation at Corsica Sub introduces freediving technique in the Cap Corse Marine Park waters, departing from the old port of Bastia on the Napadelis. The session runs two hours at sea and covers the safety rules specific to breath-hold diving, the basic physiological principles of apnea, and the practical techniques for a first immersion.

Maud or Rémi leads the briefing from arrival and accompanies the group throughout. The 65€ price covers the full session including equipment. No prior freediving experience is required. For those who want to continue, the centre offers the perfectionnement sessions (50€ per session or 145€ for three), which build on the initiation with more structured work on immersion, kick, and ventilation.
