Level 3

The SSI Level 3 and PADI Master Freediver certification represents the pinnacle of freediving training, designed for experienced divers seeking to push their boundaries beyond 30 meters. This advanced technical course at Freedive SG focuses on identifying and refining individual technique gaps across all freediving disciplines. Through highly specialized sessions, participants will elevate their static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion, and constant weight performance. The curriculum introduces advanced stretching and equalization methods crucial for deeper descents, alongside significant attention to monofin technique for enhanced speed and efficiency.

This program is structured for dedicated freedivers aiming for elite performance levels. It provides the essential tools and knowledge to fine-tune personal training regimens and achieve peak physical and mental conditioning for depth. The course emphasizes a meticulous approach to technique, ensuring divers are well-prepared for the physiological and psychological demands of extreme freediving. To enroll in this master level course, a Level 2 Freediving certification and a current First Aid/CPR certification are mandatory prerequisites. The program spans 4 intensive days, supplemented by necessary self-study time. The course fee is 750 SGD, which covers certification, comprehensive course materials, and the rental of essential equipment such as a mask and fins. Please note that trip fees for open water sessions are not included and will be communicated separately. A minimum of two participants is required for the course to commence.
