Lassdive Scuba Empuriabrava, situat a Empuriabrava a la Costa Brava, és un centre especialitzat en submarinisme, apnea i snorkel. Amb una oferta variada, imparteixen cursos de submarinisme, busseig tècnic, apnea i snorkel, a més d'activitats de busseig des de vaixell i busseig des de costa. Les seves instal·lacions inclouen bar, lloguer d'equip, botiga de submarinisme, ompliment d'ampolles (incloent nitrox), i organitzen immersions guiades.
El centre es destaca per oferir diferents modalitats d'activitats aquàtiques, incloent l'exploració de Cap de Creus i la Costa Brava. Participants do not require prior experience, making this an accessible entry point into the discipline. The Costa Brava, specifically the areas around Empuriabrava and L'Estartit, offers excellent conditions for freediving. While specific monthly water temperatures are available, the summer months, like July, typically see sea temperatures around 18.9°C, providing a comfortable environment for learning. The region is known for its clear waters and diverse marine life, offering a visually engaging backdrop for your freediving practice. Lassdive prioritizes safety by adapting activities to sea conditions, which may involve rescheduling or moving to more protected areas if necessary, guaranteeing a consistent learning experience. Essential freediving equipment, such as wetsuits, fins, masks, snorkels, and weights, is provided, so you don't need to bring your own gear. However, you are welcome to use your personal equipment if you prefer. This introductory 'Apnea' course lays the groundwork for further exploration in freediving. Upon completion, you will have acquired the basic skills to safely enjoy breath-hold diving. For those looking to advance their abilities, Lassdive also offers specialized courses, such as the SSI Specialty Training Tables.
