L'établissement dispose d'un parking pratique et d'un service complet de location d'équipement. Les gonflages d'air et de Nitrox sont facilement disponibles pour les plongées. The Penyal d'Ifac (Peñón de Ifach) is Calpe's natural emblem and one of the most emblematic protected spaces in the Valencian Community. Its declaration as a Natural Park has allowed recovery of surrounding marine ecosystems, making it one of the best diving destinations in the Spanish Mediterranean.
The waters surrounding the Peñón constitute a marine reserve where underwater life has thrived thanks to protection measures. Large groupers are the most charismatic inhabitants, accustomed to divers and easy to observe on rocky walls.
Available SSI training includes intermediate-level courses like EFR (Emergency First Response) for first aid, as well as IDC for those aspiring to become professional diving instructors. Refresher courses help certified divers resume activity with confidence.
The Peñón seabeds offer an exceptional variety of habitats: vertical walls covered in gorgonians, caves and hollows sheltering lobsters and moray eels, posidonia oceanica meadows and areas of rocky blocks colonized by sponges and corals.
Visibility in these protected waters is usually excellent, frequently exceeding 25 meters in optimal conditions. Water clarity allows appreciation of the seabeds' chromatic richness and facilitates underwater photography.
The Natural Park has parking, facilitating access for divers arriving with their own vehicle. From the car park, dive sites are accessible both from shore and by boat.
Peñón fauna includes, besides ubiquitous groupers, Mediterranean moray eels, octopuses, congers, dentex and occasionally eagle rays. Schools of white seabream, saddled seabream and damselfish add movement and life to dives.
Air fills are available for independent divers who prefer organizing their own dives in the reserve. This option is valued by experienced divers who know the seabeds and wish to explore at their own pace.
The Natural Park environment combines the underwater experience with spectacular terrestrial landscapes. Climbing the Peñón offers panoramic coastal views and is a popular complementary activity among visitors.
