FORMAR

FORMAR is a maritime training center recognized by the Government of the Principality of Asturias, located in the Port of El Musel in Gijón. The center specializes in both recreational and professional diving, offering official certifications valid throughout Spain in accordance with the Ministerial Order of June 17, 1997.

With facilities located right on the port, FORMAR boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including professional diving systems, a charging station, a hyperbaric chamber with oxygen therapy, training classrooms with a projection room, changing rooms, showers, a workshop, and direct access to the sea. This infrastructure allows for the development of both high-quality theoretical and practical training.

The center offers a wide range of services, from introductory dives and recreational courses to accredited professional training. The training programs are designed to equip divers with the necessary skills to resolve incidents and problems that may arise during dives. All courses include a medical examination, theoretical and practical materials, and practice sessions in confined water and open water.
