Odisseia Azul came into operation on June 10, 2003, its opening was the culmination of a dream of more than a decade. After several years, the opportunity to meet friends, clients and divers in general. The spirit of Odisseia Azul is to make sure that the weekends are spent in a family that shares the same pleasure, the same spirit of adventure and above all friendship. We are known in our points of sale and courses that are taught here. More recently (2010) we have a permanent location in the beautiful town of Sesimbra, considered by all to be the "Mecca" of diving in Portugal. Without a doubt, it is here that all divers converge throughout the year to satisfy their diving pleasures. Sheltered practically all year round and with its coast oriented to the south, which is home to the "Sea Winds" of the summer, hardly exposing itself to the southerly winds.
Odisseia Azul operates from Sesimbra, a picturesque fishing village near Lisbon. Arrábida Natural Park offers protected waters with exceptional Atlantic biodiversity.
Seabeds include rocky reefs, kelp meadows, caves, and characteristic temperate Atlantic fauna. Park protection ensures well-preserved ecosystems.
Fauna includes octopuses, cuttlefish, groupers, croakers, sea bass, nudibranchs, and a diverse invertebrate community. Cold waters concentrate abundant marine life.
