Emergency First Response

A one-day first aid and CPR course covering primary care, secondary care, and basic life support. The programme includes e-learning and certification; no minimum age is specified.

At €89 this is one of the lower-cost qualifications at Kappi-Divers, and it's open to non-divers as well. Several of the school's instructors hold EFR Instructor Trainer status, meaning the course is taught by people qualified to train other EFR instructors.

The EFR certification is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver course and remains valid for 24 months. It's also a standalone qualification for anyone — trainers, supervisors, coaches — who wants current first aid skills without the diving context.

No additional costs beyond the €89 course fee.
