CTdiver recommends this course for those with at least 15 logged dives and recent experience, ensuring a solid foundation for advanced training. The curriculum typically spans three days and includes a minimum of five dives, tailored to your progress and comfort level.

This advanced certification focuses on practical application and introduces you to five distinct adventure dives, including the mandatory Deep Diving, Underwater Navigation, and Peak Performance Buoyancy specialties. You will learn to plan and execute dives to greater depths, improve your compass and natural navigation techniques, and master buoyancy control for effortless movement. CTdiver's unique teaching methods are particularly effective in refining your neutral buoyancy, a critical skill for any diver.

Beyond the core requirements, you have the opportunity to choose elective dives that align with your interests, such as Night Diving, Underwater Photography, or Wreck Diving. Each specialty involves knowledge development sessions followed by practical open water dives.
