Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster at DSDIVERS MADRID is the entry point into the professional track. It is the first level at which you can legally guide certified divers and assist instructors during courses. The theory is available as elearning, and the practical component involves logged dives, stamina development and assisting with actual student courses at the centre.

As a Divemaster candidate here you work alongside the centre's instructors during real courses — Open Water, Advanced, specialty classes — which gives you exposure to different student types and dive environments. The centre runs a continuous schedule of recreational courses, so there is no shortage of opportunities to accumulate assistant hours.

For candidates who complete Divemaster at DSDIVERS MADRID, the logical next step is the IDC (Instructor Development Course) and the PADI IE, both of which the centre also offers.
