Descrição do Curso
The PADI Open Water Diver is the full entry-level certification and the most common course at DSDIVERS MADRID. It combines theory — available in elearning format — with pool sessions and four open water dives. The blog records successful completions at Navalagamella, which is where the open water portion is typically done for Madrid-based students.
Navalagamella gives you a controlled environment for the first dives: no surge, no current, manageable visibility. It is not the Mediterranean, but for learning buoyancy control and mask clearing, it does the job. Students who want sea conditions after certification have the option of the centre's Gran Canaria location.
Once certified, the Open Water card is recognised worldwide and opens the door to the full PADI specialty and advanced course catalogue that DSDIVERS MADRID offers.
