What people ask before booking
For your first experience underwater, no prior experience or personal equipment is needed. Our 'bautismo de buceo' (discover dive) is designed for beginners. An instructor will be with you at all times (with a maximum of 2 to 4 people per group) to help you discover the marine life of the Costa Tropical safely. All equipment and insurance are included.
Thanks to the bay's natural protection from winds, ViveBuceo conducts dives 365 days a year. Whether in summer or winter, the seabeds of Punta de la Mona and Maro-Cerro Gordo offer exceptional visibility and marine life. You can read our complete guide to diving in La Herradura for more details.
We adapt the logistics to your level and sea conditions. We offer comfortable shore dives, ideal for beginners, as well as boat trips from Marina del Este. Boating allows quick access to our 16 dive sites, including areas perfect for all levels teeming with life, like Roqueo de los 14, and more challenging dives for advanced divers.
Both are internationally recognized certifying agencies, meaning your certification will be valid worldwide. At our school, you can choose your training path, from the basic Open Water Diver level to professional certifications like Divemaster or Instructor, always with the highest quality and in small groups.
The minimum age depends on the course. Generally, you can start diving from 10 years old with adapted programs for minors. Contact us, and we will indicate the most suitable option.
The price includes theoretical and practical training, sea dives, use of complete diving equipment, insurance during the course, and the official PADI or PSS certification upon successful completion. It also includes online theory (e-Learning), personalized attention, and souvenir photos and video.
