Conversely, from mid-November, the northeast monsoon introduces rough seas, prompting Trincomalee Diving Centre’s seasonal closure from October 10th to April 15th.
The water temperature remains a consistent 26 to 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
During the closure (October 10th to April 15th), operations shift to our Unawatuna Diving Centre on the South Coast, where the diving season runs from mid-October to mid-April.
