The waters of Calpe provide an ideal setting for this advanced training, offering protected areas with adequate depths for progression. The certification awarded allows you to safely dive with a buddy to depths ranging from 20 to 24 meters in the Constant Weight (CWT) modality. This course builds upon your PADI Freediver certification or equivalent, requiring participants to be at least 15 years old and possess a recent first aid certification (less than two years old), alongside a medical declaration.

Dive Dive Company includes all necessary freediving equipment and mandatory insurance for the course duration. Your learning journey begins with PADI's digital learning materials, followed by practical sessions. The theoretical component is delivered via PADI's digital platform, ensuring you grasp the concepts before hitting the water. Practical training spans two days, encompassing static apnea with a minimum target of 2 minutes 30 seconds, dynamic apnea swimming of at least 50 meters, and two open water dives. These dives focus on constant weight techniques while introducing free immersion and no-fins disciplines, reaching depths between 16 and 24 meters.
