This program builds upon your existing foundation, whether from the PSS Free Diver certification or an equivalent, focusing on sophisticated techniques to enhance breath-hold and dive performance. You will refine advanced relaxation and breathing strategies, including diaphragm recovery and precise glottis and soft palate control, essential for deeper dives.

The five-day curriculum masterfully blends intensive theory with practical application. Theoretical modules delve into freediving nutrition, advanced equalization methods such as the Otovent technique, and a thorough understanding of the underwater environment's potential hazards and protective measures. Practical sessions are demanding, concentrating on static and dynamic apnea at depth, constant weight, and variable weight dives. A significant emphasis is placed on mastering buoyancy control, alongside critical self-rescue and diver assistance techniques across various simulated scenarios.

This advanced training is ideal for divers aged 16 and above who hold a recognized freediving certification and possess a medical certificate confirming their fitness for the activity.
