For divers already doing repetitive dives on trips — Red Sea safaris, Maldives liveaboards, or multi-day sessions at local lakes — nitrox extends no-decompression limits and reduces surface intervals. The team at Happy Dive runs regular liveaboard trips where nitrox is commonly used, making this a practical certification to hold before joining one of those departures.
