Kursbeschreibung
The PADI TEC 40 course at Squalodivers offers a foundational step into technical diving, preparing you for deeper explorations beyond recreational limits. This certification program typically involves a minimum of four dives, reaching depths of up to 40 meters (130 feet), under the guidance of PADI-certified instructors. Squalodivers, as a PADI facility, ensures adherence to the highest training standards for this advanced technical certification. The practical training sessions are conducted at specific dive sites known for their suitability for technical diving training, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in a controlled yet realistic environment. This course is designed to introduce you to the equipment configurations, planning, and procedures necessary for extended no-decompression dives.
While specific monthly climate data for the Squalodivers location is not provided, technical diving often takes place in locations offering consistent conditions suitable for deeper dives. Divers can expect to encounter varied underwater topography, potentially including reefs or wrecks, depending on the chosen training sites. Visibility can fluctuate but is generally good in many technical diving destinations, allowing for clear observation of procedures and the environment. The water temperature will vary seasonally, and students should be prepared with appropriate thermal protection, especially during cooler months, to maintain comfort and focus during the extended bottom times characteristic of technical dives. Squalodivers provides training in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse range of international students.
