Kursbeschreibung
The Trimix certification at Cypréa Club is designed for experienced divers aiming to explore the deeper realms of the underwater world. This advanced technical diving specialty focuses on the use of Trimix, a breathing gas blend of oxygen, helium, and nitrogen, crucial for mitigating the physiological risks associated with deep dives, such as oxygen toxicity and nitrogen narcosis. The course curriculum meticulously covers the complex effects of breathing Trimix at depth, including managing helium's unique properties and minimizing narcosis. Participants will master advanced dive planning techniques, gas blending procedures, and the operation of specialized technical diving equipment.
Key learning objectives include calculating optimal gas mixes for various depth profiles and effectively managing decompression obligations when using Trimix. The training emphasizes a thorough understanding of potential hazards inherent in deep diving and instills proficiency in using technical gear like multiple tanks, regulators, and advanced dive computers. Cypréa Club's program is structured to prepare divers for the significant challenges and responsibilities that deep Trimix exploration entails, ensuring a safe and controlled approach to these demanding environments.
Upon successful completion of this Trimix course, divers will be qualified to plan and execute dives to depths significantly beyond the limits of standard air or Nitrox. This certification unlocks access to previously unreachable sites, such as deeper shipwrecks and submerged cave systems, catering to the most adventurous and technically proficient divers. Cypréa Club integrates this advanced training into its comprehensive technical diving program, offering a clear pathway for continued deep-sea exploration.
Cypréa Club, a center certified by both FFESSM and PADI, provides this advanced technical training. While specific dive site details for Trimix practices are planned based on student progression and conditions, the center's location offers access to diverse underwater topography suitable for deep exploration. The course is conducted in English, French, and Portuguese, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of international technical divers seeking to expand their depth capabilities.
