Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If the boat is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be issued a full refund. Refunds are not given for seasickness.
Courses are non-refundable. Rescheduling up to 7 days before the course begins is allowed, but any rescheduling within 7 days will incur a $125 fee per person. You have 1 year to complete your course from the date of purchase.
The only requirement is that you know how to swim. The minimum age is 10 years old. A PADI medical questionnaire must be reviewed, and a doctor's note is required if you answer 'YES' to any questions.
You need Advanced Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification. If you do not have a current CPR/First Aid license, it can be integrated into the course.
