Elite Divers is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Returns of used gear are not accepted. Unused dive gear can be exchanged, and refunds for unused gear are issued as store credit only. Gear that gets wet is considered used.

Class deposits are generally non-refundable. If eLearning is emailed, it is also non-refundable. Missing a scheduled class incurs a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total course cost. For charters, cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 3 weeks prior; less than 3 weeks results in no refund unless the spot is filled. Full refunds are issued for charter cancellations due to inclement weather.

Elite Divers services BCDs, regulators, dive computers, gauges, and tanks. They recommend annual servicing and can handle manufacturer repairs, which may take 3-4 weeks. They also offer hydro testing and VIP inspections for tanks.

Divers must have a minimum Advanced Open Water certification. Mandatory equipment includes a pony bottle or redundant breathing system, SMB, signaling device, wreck reel, lift bag, dive light, and knife.
