Scuba Junkie Sipadan ist ein renommiertes Tauchzentrum auf der Insel Mabul, Indonesien, nur eine kurze Bootsfahrt von der weltberühmten Tauchstelle Sipadan entfernt. Als PADI 5* IDC Center bietet es eine umfassende Palette von PADI-Kursen an, vom Discover Scuba Diving bis zum Instructor Level, die von erfahrenen Tauchlehrern unterrichtet werden.
Das Zentrum verfügt über eine vollständige Ausstattung, darunter Unterkünfte im preisgekrönten Mabul Beach Eco Resort, ein Restaurant, eine Bar, Ausrüstungsverleih, Luftfüllungen (Nitrox) sowie verschiedene Tauchmöglichkeiten wie Tauchen vom Boot aus, Tauchen vom Ufer aus, Nachttauchgänge und geführte Tauchgänge. Es werden Sipadan-Tauchpakete angeboten, die für ihre lebendige Unterwasserwelt mit Schildkröten, Haien und Barracuda-Schulen bekannt sind.
Seit 2004 gegründet, hat sich Scuba Junkie der Meeresschutz und qualitativ hochwertigen Tauchausbildung verschrieben und ist eines der führenden nachhaltigen Tauchunternehmen Asiens. Das Zentrum arbeitet aktiv mit SEAS (Sipadan Environmental Action Society) zum Schutz der Meeresumwelt zusammen und ermutigt die Besucher zu einer freiwilligen Spende für diesen Zweck, die Scuba Junkie verdoppelt, um die Wirkung zu maximieren.

Rescue Diver & EFR
The PADI Rescue Diver and Emergency First Response (EFR) course at Scuba Junkie Sipadan is designed to significantly elevate your safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. What people ask before booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings, with the balance due one month prior. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable, but credits for future bookings may be offered for cancellations made with more than 14 days' notice, minus permit fees. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised.
Boats depart from Semporna to Mabul at 8 am and 2:30 pm. From Mabul to Semporna, departures are at 10 am and 4 pm. Transfers are complimentary for guests diving or snorkeling with Scuba Junkie.
To dive Sipadan, guests must be certified as 'Advanced' divers. Proof of certification is required, and Sabah Parks may refuse entry if certification cannot be proven. Snorkeling is an alternative if certification is not met.
Only Reef Safe suncream is permitted for use to protect the marine environment. Guests are asked to ensure any suncreams they bring or purchase are reef-safe.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) are included, served buffet-style. Water, tea, and coffee are available all day. The resort caters to vegetarians and vegans, and severe allergies should be communicated in advance.
