Wanderlust Vacations runs SSI courses. You apply online through the SSI portal — select Hong Kong (HKG) as the country and 'Hong Kong -> Wanderlust Vacations Company Ltd' as the dive center. They confirm contact once the form is received.
Cancellations 46+ days before departure incur a 10% charge; 31–45 days out costs 30%; 15–30 days costs 50%; within 14 days the full price applies. No refund if you cancel without notifying Wanderlust. During high season, no cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
30% of the package price is due within 2 working days of confirmation. Balance is collected according to the hotel and airline requirements — typically 45 days before departure, or 60 days for some liveaboards.
Tanks, weight belts, boat fees, and dive guides are included in the dive packages. Personal diving gear (wetsuit, BCD, regulator, etc.) is not included — equipment rental is available separately through Diving Express.
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. Wanderlust offers the Zurich TravelCare plan, which covers scuba diving at 100% with no age limit. Children under 17 get free cover when parents enrol in the family plan.
