The Rescue Diver course at Abyss-RC is an advanced training program that will transform you into a more aware diver, prepared to handle emergency situations. This FEDAS and IDEA certified program includes in-depth theoretical sessions and practical dives aimed at developing your underwater problem-solving and prevention skills. You will learn to recognize and manage diver stress, provide first aid, and coordinate rescue operations. The Emergency First Response (EFR) module is an integral part of the course, providing you with essential skills for intervening in case of accidents, both in and out of the water. The training dives take place at selected sites that allow for realistic scenario simulations, ensuring effective and safe learning.

The area where Abyss-RC operates offers ideal conditions for dive training throughout most of the year. Water temperatures, which reach 27-28°C in the summer months of August, drop to around 12-13°C in the winter months of January and December, making the use of appropriate wetsuits or drysuits advisable during colder periods. Visibility can vary, but the local seabeds are known for their richness and the possibility of encountering diverse marine life, making every dive an opportunity for discovery. The center, with a Google rating of 4.7 stars, operates in Italian and Spanish, offering a multicultural and welcoming environment for divers from all backgrounds.
