This First Aid specialty course, offered by Dive South, is specifically tailored for divers, ensuring you are prepared for common underwater emergencies. The curriculum covers essential first aid techniques and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), with a strong emphasis on the practical application of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in dive-related scenarios. While it is a component of the Master Rescue Diver program, Dive South also makes this vital training accessible as a standalone specialty certification, allowing any diver to enhance their safety knowledge. The center is certified by IDEA, PADI, and RAID, providing recognized qualifications upon completion.
