Performance Freediver

The SSI Performance Freediver program at this center is designed to elevate your freediving capabilities to depths of up to 40 meters. This advanced course focuses on refining your freediving techniques, building upon your existing skills to achieve greater depths safely and efficiently. You will learn from experienced instructors who are part of a center that certifies with SSI, a globally recognized agency. The program emphasizes the development of advanced breath-hold techniques and equalization methods crucial for deep dives. Practical sessions are conducted in open water environments, allowing you to apply what you learn in a controlled yet realistic setting.

This location offers excellent conditions for freediving training throughout much of the year, with sea temperatures averaging around 25.7°C, making it comfortable for extended in-water sessions. While the data shows minimal rainfall from April to November, with air temperatures reaching up to 35.3°C in June, divers should be aware that February can see higher rainfall and cooler air temperatures around 17°C. The clear waters typical of this region provide good visibility, enhancing the learning experience and allowing for greater confidence as you progress towards your 40-meter goal. The center supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French, ensuring accessibility for a diverse range of students.
