Course Description
This introductory session is designed for individuals with no prior diving experience. It begins at the Hannover dive shop with a basic briefing on equipment and breathing rules. The practical training takes place in a heated pool at 25°C under constant instructor supervision. The program is open to adults and children aged 10 and older. The course fee includes all necessary rental gear.
