Course Description
The Performance Freediver course at this SSI-affiliated center provides advanced training to reach depths of up to 40 meters. This program focuses on refining your freediving techniques, drawing inspiration from world record holders to enhance your performance. You will gain the necessary skills and knowledge for safe and efficient deep dives, emphasizing buddy procedures and advanced equalization methods. The curriculum includes theoretical sessions and practical in-water training designed to build confidence and capability in challenging freediving environments. This course is ideal for experienced freedivers looking to push their limits and achieve new personal bests under expert guidance.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
