The PADI Open Water Diver course at The Dive Academy Samui is your official entry into the world of scuba diving, certifying you to explore underwater environments independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters. PADI eLearning offers flexibility, allowing you to complete this theoretical portion at your own pace before arriving in Koh Samui. Confined water dives, typically conducted in a pool or calm, shallow areas, are where you'll practice fundamental skills like gear assembly, mask clearing, underwater breathing, and buoyancy control.
