Basic Freediving
Offered by RONILACKI KLUB KORAL
Kragujevac, Central Serbia
Course Description
The Basic Freediving course at Dive Coral offers a comprehensive introduction to safe freediving practices in pool and confined water environments, reaching depths of up to 5 meters. This program is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to freedive with a buddy. It uniquely blends online theoretical training with practical in-water exercises, ensuring a solid understanding of breath-hold techniques, equalization, and safety procedures. Dive Coral is certified by multiple leading agencies including CMAS, PADI, PSS, SDI, SSI, and TDI, providing you with a globally recognized certification upon successful completion of the course.
While the course focuses on pool and confined water, understanding the local climate can be beneficial for future open water explorations. The region experiences a wide range of air temperatures throughout the year, from a cool 2.7°C in January to a pleasant 25.8°C in August. Although specific water temperature data for the training sites is not provided, the air temperature fluctuations suggest that water temperatures can vary significantly, potentially requiring appropriate thermal protection during colder months. Dive Coral operates in English, catering to an international clientele seeking to learn the art of freediving.
