The Gas Blender course teaches the safe preparation of nitrox blends for both recreational and technical diving. Ocean Dreams offers it as part of their technical program, which makes sense given that nitrox is a necessary input at various levels of the XR pathway.

Access requires Nitrox (Enriched Air) certification and a minimum age of 18 years. The course covers blending procedures and safety protocols for producing nitrox blends in a dive center environment – the same type of gas management that Ocean Dreams uses operationally for their nitrox fills (available at the center for €1.30/liter, 22-34%).

It is a niche qualification with practical value for anyone working or aspiring to work at a dive center, or for technical divers who want to understand the gas they breathe. Pricing is available upon consultation.
