The EFR CARE FOR CHILDREN course offered by Dive In Bellagio is designed to provide you with the skills necessary to assist children in a medical emergency. This PADI-certified program focuses on the specifics of pediatric first aid, teaching you to recognize and manage common medical conditions in children, from minor injuries to more serious emergencies. You will learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques adapted for pediatric age and procedures for managing choking, allergic reactions, and other specific issues. The goal is to make you a confident and effective rescuer in situations involving young children.

Located on the shores of Lake Como, Dive In Bellagio offers an ideal environment for diving and first aid training. Although the EFR CARE FOR CHILDREN course is theoretical and practical in a pool or confined water, its application extends to all activities, including scuba diving. The water temperature in Lake Como varies significantly throughout the year, dropping to around 4-6°C in winter and reaching 20-24°C in peak summer, making preparation for first aid in different environmental conditions particularly relevant. The center operates in Italian and English, welcoming students from all over the world.
