Advanced Open Water

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Scuba Center Asia is designed to build upon your existing scuba skills and confidence, allowing you to explore more of the underwater world. This course focuses on practical experience through five adventure dives, including two core dives: underwater navigation and deep diving. You'll learn to plan and execute dives to greater depths, typically up to 30 meters, and master techniques for navigating underwater.

Participants will engage in specialized dives such as drift diving, peak performance buoyancy, and potentially night diving or wreck diving, depending on local opportunities and interests. Each dive is conducted with a PADI instructor, providing guidance and ensuring safety while you gain practical experience in different diving environments and scenarios. The course aims to enhance your comfort and capabilities as a diver.

Conducted in the vibrant waters of the Nusa Penida Marine Park, the course offers the chance to dive at world-class sites known for their diverse marine life and topography. The small group sizes at Scuba Center Asia ensure personalized attention, allowing instructors to tailor the experience to your learning pace and interests.

Upon completion of the five adventure dives and the associated knowledge reviews, you will be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. This certification opens up more dive sites worldwide and allows you to participate in more advanced diving activities, further enhancing your diving journey.
