Course Description
Para quienes ya tienen el curso de iniciación y quieren mejorar, trabajando en la franja entre 20 y 30m.
What's included
- Advanced theory of physiology, breathing, training, and safety
- Dry land relaxation and breathing session
- Pool session (Static and Dynamic Apnea)
- 3 Sea depth sessions (maximum 30 meters)
- Specific freefall and apnea rescue exercises
- Photos and videos of the experience and technical analysis
- Insurance during the course
- International SSI Advanced Freediver certification
Requirements
- Contar con un certificado SSI Freediver o equivalente
- Tener 15 años o mas
