The PADI Bubblemaker program at YBD Dive Centre offers a unique and safe introduction to scuba diving for children aged 8 and 9. This program is specifically designed to be fun, allowing young participants to experience breathing underwater and swimming in a controlled environment. The maximum depth for this introductory experience is 2 meters, ensuring safety while maximizing enjoyment. YBD Dive Centre conducts these sessions either in their dedicated dive pool or in the shallow, clear waters of the Perhentian Islands, providing a fantastic first encounter with the underwater world.

Participants will learn to use essential scuba gear, including the BCD, regulator, tank, mask, weights, and fins, under the direct and close supervision of a PADI professional instructor. The session is engaging and typically lasts up to 2 hours, focusing on the excitement of exploring beneath the surface. This experience is an excellent way to gauge a child's interest in diving and can serve as a wonderful precursor to further PADI courses if they wish to continue their underwater adventures.

Full equipment rental is included in the course fee of 250 MYR, covering everything a child needs for the session, from the BCD and tank to the mask and fins.
