Course Description
The PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) course at Thalassa Dive is your entry point into recreational scuba diving, certified by PADI. This comprehensive program includes essential knowledge development, confined water dives to master basic scuba skills, and four open water dives. You will learn to assemble and use your scuba gear, practice buoyancy control, and safely explore the underwater world, reaching a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet). These practical sessions are conducted in carefully selected dive sites accessible from Thalassa Dive, ensuring a controlled and engaging learning environment. Upon successful completion, you will earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification, recognized globally and allowing you to dive independently with a buddy.
