Scuba Diver
Offered by Kappi-Divers, PADI 5 Star CDC Dive-Center
Ronnenberg, Niedersachsen
Course Description
The PADI Scuba Diver is a subset of the Open Water Diver curriculum — it covers roughly the first half of the OWD programme and certifies holders to dive with a guide to 12 metres. At Kappi-Divers, this is positioned as the right choice for someone with limited time who still wants a recognised PADI card.
The course runs in a single day and includes e-learning access and the certification. Equipment is provided. Minimum age is 10 years.
Because it's a direct stepping stone to the full Open Water Diver, any work done here can be credited toward the OWD later. There are no additional costs beyond the €429 course fee.
For divers who plan to always dive with a guide rather than independently, this level covers the practical needs without the additional open water sessions that the OWD requires.
