At Nautica Medusa, the Equipment Techniques specialty course teaches you to select, maintain, and care for your diving equipment to maximize its performance and your safety. Throughout this training, you will thoroughly understand the components of your total diving system and acquire practical skills in preventive maintenance. This course is taught under the certification of PADI, one of the most recognized agencies worldwide, ensuring a standard of quality and international recognition.

The diving area where Nautica Medusa conducts its practice offers variable conditions throughout the year. Sea temperatures range from 11.3 °C in January to 22.2 °C in August, which may require different types of suits depending on the season. For example, in October and November, with average air temperatures of 16.9 °C and 15.4 °C respectively, and a significant amount of rain, the water temperature can drop, making a thicker or even dry suit advisable for greater comfort. The center operates in Spanish, facilitating communication and learning for local divers.
