Open Water Diver

The PADI Open Water Diver course at Dive Division is your gateway to exploring the underwater world, offering the foundational certification for recreational scuba diving. Dive Division conducts the open water dives for this certification at various dive sites around Curaçao. While the specific marine life and underwater terrain can vary, the waters around Curaçao are known for their vibrant coral reefs and diverse aquatic populations, offering a rich environment for your first certified dives. The course structure ensures you apply theoretical knowledge and confined water skills under the direct supervision of a PADI professional, building your competence and comfort beneath the surface.

This foundational certification is globally recognized, allowing you to dive with a buddy at similar or lower certification levels anywhere in the world.
