Course Description
The Rescue Diver course offered by Bergamo Diving Center, in collaboration with PADI, is structured to train competent divers in managing underwater problems and emergencies. Upon completion, participants will receive three internationally recognized certifications: PADI Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response (EFR), and PADI Oxygen Provider. The curriculum is divided into modules focused on learning rescue techniques, managing a buddy's illness or injury, and administering oxygen in cases of decompression sickness. This advanced course, promoted by the Bergamo center, lays the foundation for safer and more conscious diving, preparing divers to intervene effectively in critical situations.
The practical sessions of the Rescue Diver course take place in waters that allow for the simulation of realistic emergency scenarios, with a particular focus on managing problems that may arise in an underwater context. Bergamo Diving Center, operating under PADI certification, ensures that all international procedures and standards are adhered to during training. The formation includes both theoretical lessons and practical exercises, essential for acquiring the hands-on skills and readiness needed to assist a diver in distress. The objective is to develop the ability to prevent accidents and respond appropriately if they occur, enhancing the safety of the entire diving community.
