KALLISTE PLONGEE

KALLISTE PLONGÉE is a specialized dive center located in Porto-Vecchio, France, set against the beauty of Palombaggia beach. Operating from late April to late September, this center is uniquely positioned on stilts at the water's edge, offering a distinctive and convenient setting for divers. The proximity to the water simplifies equipment handling and enhances the overall experience.

The center offers a comprehensive range of activities and courses catering to all levels, from beginners to experienced and technical divers. Offerings include Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Instructor Development Courses. They also provide technical diving training and specialized courses such as Deep Diver and Wreck Diver. For those who prefer the surface, KALLISTE PLONGÉE also offers Snorkeling and Underwater Scooter activities. Private full-day or half-day excursions are available, as well as SupPaddle.

KALLISTE PLONGÉE boasts excellent facilities, including free parking at Palombaggia beach, showers, and equipment rinsing stations. The center features high-performance equipment rental from the MARES brand, maintaining around fifty complete sets of equipment, regularly renewed, suitable for children aged 6 and above. Dive computers are available for rent upon request for an additional fee. The center is certified by SSI, CMAS/FFESSM, and TDI, ensuring the highest standards in training and safety.

The dive sites are impressive, primarily around the Cerbicale Islands, just ten minutes from the coast, and once a week to the Lavezzi Islands. These archipelagos are part of the Bocas de Bonifacio nature reserve, where divers can encounter rich marine life such as Groupers, Dentex, and Barracudas. Guests can also benefit from airport transfers and other amenities like a restaurant and bar.
