Frequently asked

What people ask before booking

The most direct route from overseas is via Bali, Surabaya, or Jakarta, followed by a flight to Kupang, and then a final flight to Alor Mali Airport. Domestic flight schedules can change, so ample travel time is recommended.

For stays under 30 days, many nationalities do not require a visa on arrival. For longer stays, a visa on arrival (extendable once) or a Social Visit visa (extendable up to 6 months) may be necessary. Consult current regulations for your nationality.

Yes, diving insurance is mandatory due to the resort's isolated location and the distance to the nearest hyperbaric chamber in Bali. Evacuation and chamber expenses are not covered by standard medical insurance. DAN insurance is recommended.

Unfortunately, due to the resort's hillside location and the presence of stairs between the dive center and restaurant, the site is not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

Yes, the resort can cater to vegans, vegetarians, and those with food allergies or intolerances. A form is sent out before arrival to gather specific dietary needs and preferences.

Phone signal and 4G internet are generally available at the resort. While 4G hotspot can be shared for light browsing and emails, larger downloads are recommended to be done at home.

The resort's location on a slope, the rocky beach area, and the strong currents in the Pantar Strait make it not ideal for traveling with children.
