CPSMA - Club de plongée Sous marine ARRAS

The CPSMA - Club de Plongée Sous Marine d'Arras, established in 1977, is a diving and freediving center located in Arras, France. It offers a comprehensive range of courses certified by SSI and CMAS/FFESSM, including Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver, as well as advanced training such as Freediving, Technical Diving, and Boat Diving. The center also provides FFESSM Level 2 and Level 3 certifications, youth training, and Level 1 Biological Freediver courses.

The club provides convenient facilities for its members, featuring WiFi, a bar, and a swimming pool for training and introductory sessions. They offer equipment rental and organize boat diving excursions, alongside a dedicated "Lac Bleu" area. Pool training sessions take place every Tuesday evening from September to June at the Elie Desbin swimming pool, covering both theoretical and practical instruction in freediving and swimming.

CPSMA extends its activities beyond the pool, organizing dives in various natural environments throughout the year. These include freshwater lakes like Lac Bleu, as well as freshwater and saltwater dives at locations such as Dunkirk, the Mediterranean Sea, Egypt, quarries like Vodelée or Rochefontaine, and the Eau d'heure dam lake in Belgium. Excursions to dive towers like DuikTank, Todi, or Nemo33 are also arranged, along with summer trips to explore the underwater world of Zeeland in the Netherlands.

With a strong commitment to promoting responsible diving, the club aims to ensure its members enjoy and preserve the underwater environment. CPSMA welcomes new members to join its community for an enriching and safe diving experience, whether in controlled waters or natural settings.
